PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 5, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $210,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $315,000.00 and to extend the contract term through June 30, 2020. On July 14, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $360,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $260,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2022. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $240,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2023. This contract consists of performing legislative lobbying services on the state level. This request is to increase contract funds and term through December 31, 2024.
