PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 12, 2016 to three (3) contractors for a total amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a total amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00. This request is to add SPLOST funding for architectural & engineering construction administration services for Fire Station No. 7.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of appropriation of SPLOST funds and Change Order No. 2 with:
Brown Design Group, Inc., 3099 Washington Road, Atlanta, GA 30344
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
