PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 22, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $212,640.00. On February 16, 20223, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract’s term through February 29, 2024, and for an amount not to exceed $212,6400. On March 12, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contra’s term through February 28, 2027, and for an amount not to exceed $600,000.00. This application serves as the centralized citizen help center, designed to provide residents a singer point of access to County services, ensuring accurate information , transparency, and responsiveness. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through February 28, 2029, for the 2-year purchase of ongoing maintenance and operations support needed for the specifically designed applications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Speridian Technologies, LLC, 2400 Louisiana Boulevard, NE, Building #3 Albuquerque, NM 87110
Amount Not To Exceed: $4000,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Change Order and all associated documents.
