PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 8, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $7,000,000.00. On November 9, 2021 the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $7,000,000.00. On December 13, 2022 the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $8,000,000.00. This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Omnia Partners Agreement No. 53315 for the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel for County gas station locations.
