Termination of Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement with Brian Arnold.  There is no cost to the County.

PURPOSE:

To consider approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space C-28 with Brian Arnold, effective June 19, 2025; and

To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because the tenant does not want to pay the renewal amount.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

This is the termination of a revenue lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
