PURPOSE:

Consists of construction and installation of a circulation trail, pet fountain, parking area and fencing to include six concrete wheel stops, handicapped and no parking signage at Briarlake Forest Park located at 3330 Briarlake Road, Decatur, Georgia 30033.  Five (5) bids were received.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
