PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let SWC No. 99999-SPD-SPD0000208-0014 for consulting services for the Application Portfolio Rationalization Project. This project entails Gartner partnering with the County to execute an Application Rationalization Assessment and to establish an actionable, centralized IT governance framework that directly addresses recent audit findings and identifies duplicate spend. DeKalb is seeking to proactively manage risk, spend, and value, to business operations through this project’s holistic assessment.
