PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 22, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $2,996,000.00. On August 12, 2025, the BOC approved Change order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $2,700,000.00. This contract consists of purchasing off the competitively let SWC No. 99999-001-SPD0000183-0002 to support law enforcement and emergency responders in carrying out their daily duties that rely on the use of these pursuit and special service vehicles. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through October 31, 2027, to support scheduled
replacement of vehicles across multiple departments, early replacement vehicles, six (6) additional vehicles, and sixteen (16) SPLOST funded law enforcement units.
This substitute is submitted to revise the recommended award request, various entries, and supporting documentation.
