PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 28, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $146,041.30. On October 11, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $146,041.30. On October 10, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. This request is add funding and extend the contract through December 31, 2018 to allow time to refine and expand the scope of work and resolicit.
