PURPOSE:
Awarded on September 1, 2024, for a total amount not to exceed $70,000.00. On November 10, 2025, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $70,000.00. These contracts consist of providing anti-freeze for various types of County vehicles and equipment. More funds are needed due to ongoing escalating prices of anti-freeze in the market. Effective November 18, 2024, Taylor Enterprises, Inc. was acquired by Dilmar Oil Company, Inc. This request seeks a consent to assignment transferring existing funds and terms from Taylor Enterprises to Dilmar Oil Company. There will be no additional changes in the contract terms or conditions. This request also seeks to exercise the 2nd and final renewal option through September 30, 2027.
