PURPOSE:
To accept the grant from the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for the Magistrate Court’s Misdemeanor Mental Health Court Program in the sum of $33,265
NEED/IMPACT:
The grant will be used to pay treatment providers who provide necessary mental health care services to the mental health program participants.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Magistrate Court is required to provide matching funds for the grant. The match in the amount of $3,696 was allocated in the Court’s 2017 budget appropriation.
