PURPOSE:
This contract consists of the purchase of proprietary hardware and software maintenance and software licenses needed to support all County business units. Failure to continue in the use of existing HPE services would impact the County’s ability to ensure continuity of operations including equipment, as well as IP and server support and maintenance across all County business units. This request seeks to ratify Purchase Order No. 5042685 and establish a three (3) year agreement for continued HPE support and maintenance services within the County.
