PURPOSE:
To Amend the FY2024 Budget for Economic Development.
NEED/IMPACT:
This agenda item appropriates $450,000 from the General Fund- Budgetary Reserve to the Economic Development budget increase Decide Dekalb’s annual allocation by $250,000 and to fund $200,000 for the Dekalb Chamber of Commerce Small Business Services for 2023-2024.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following accounts by the amounts indicated below:
Economic Development - General Fund - Decide DeKalb (05610.571031.100.000.0000) - $250,000
Economic Development - General Fund - Other Miscellaneous Payments (05610.573099.100.000.0000) - $200,000
Decrease appropriation for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Fund Reserves - General Fund - Budgetary Reserve (09610.579013.100.000.0000) - $450,000
