PURPOSE:
To authorize the approval of a permanent underground easement with Georgia Power Company for 2000 Airport Road Beta Charger (DeKalb County) Distribution Line of County owned property.
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the easement and any other necessary documents.
NEED/IMPACT:
To grant and approve execution of the easement.
The County Attorney has reviewed and approved the easement pending approval by the Governing Authority.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents in a form acceptable to the County attorney.
