PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Interlocal Purchasing Systems (TIPS USA) Contract No. 22074 for the provision of audio-visual equipment, supplies, and services. This request will assist in the replacement of AV Equipment located in the Juvenile courtrooms. It will provide consistent equipment that would ensure effective and efficient support and reduction in backlogged cases.

Recommend approval to piggyback off the competitively let TIPS USA Contract No. 22074 with:

 

BIS Digital, Inc., 1350 NE 56th Street, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $375,162.35
