PURPOSE:
To amend agenda item 2024-1584, which was approved by the BOC on December 10, 2024. The agenda item should have referred to SPLOST II, Category D1 instead of SPLOST, Category 1B.
NEED/IMPACT:
The amendment is required to make sure the $10,000,000 disbursement is accounted for correctly.

Recommended Action
To adopt this agenda item to clarify the appropriation of $10,000,000 from SPLOST II funding to Watershed Management and To Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents for completion of the project.
