PURPOSE:
To consider approving the attached intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Tucker for Police services.
NEED/IMPACT:
This intergovernmental agreement signifies a mutually beneficial and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City shall remain in the special service tax district for police services.
RECOMMENDATION:

Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the attached Intergovernmental Agreement.
