PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 25, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $468,000.00. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $156,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2022. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $156,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2023. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract funds and term through December 31, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $156,000.00. This contract consists of providing federal legislative lobbying services. This request is to increase contract funds and term through December 31, 2025.
This substitute is submitted to revise the requested contract funds increase and supporting documentation.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Dentons US, LLP, 303 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 5300, Atlanta, GA 30308
Amount Not to Exceed: $155,600.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
