PURPOSE:

This software aids the County in providing web-based on-line claims intake from the field and claim data support. The Software-As-A-Service is proprietary and the supplier is the only source that can provide the necessary service and support.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the sole source with:

 

Origami Risk, LLC, 4360 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Suite 111, Atlanta, GA 30341

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $239,450.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
