PURPOSE:

Authorization for the payment of $1,000.00 to DeKalb County for a temporary easement covering 3,603 square feet of DeKalb County property.  This easement grants AGLC access to Parcel No. 18 081 04 005 (Kinnett Park) for the purpose of improving the natural gas pipeline.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Atlanta Gas Light Company requires access to make needed repairs to a natural gas pipeline requiring a 3,603 square foot temporary easement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The County will receive $1,000.00 from AGLC.

Recommended Action

Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any necessary documents.
