PURPOSE:
Allocate $21,500.00 from 2001 District 2 Bond Account 600010 to develop a Master Plan for 1634 Briarcliff Road.
NEED/IMPACT:
The allocated funding will be used for the development of a Master Plan for 1634 Briarcliff Road, and will include trail connections identified in the adopted DeKalb County Trail and Greenway Master Plan and new park amenities for the surrounding community.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost of the improvement is estimated to be $21,500.00 and 2001 District 2 Bond Account 600010 will be the proposed funding source. Specially, the following accounts have been identified for funding:
1). 104357.80314.541200.06.600010 - $5,143.74
2). 104490.80314.541200.05.600010 - $5,792.26
3). 105577.80314.541200.01.600010 - $10,564.00
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve funding from 2001 District 2 Park Bond Account 600010 for the development of a Master Plan for 1634 Briarcliff Road; and, to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the projects.
