PURPOSE:

On June 27, 2023, the BOC approved Emergency purchases to replace audio-visual components in Courtrooms 2C, 3C, 5C and 6C of the Judicial Towers caused by a burst pipe that occurred on December 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $199,929.50. This request is for the recording system’s on-site service, support, and hardware replacement in Courtrooms 5B, 5C, 5D, 6A, 6B, 6C, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D.

Recommend approval to purchase from TIPS USA Contract No. 220704 with:
