PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 28, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On February 27, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $220,000.00. On March 25, 2025, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. This contract consists of providing pest control services at County-owned facilities. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to increase the contract funds and term through September 30, 2026. This increase assists the County in maintaining operational continuity and avoiding service disruption.
