PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 8, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $206,680.00. This contract consists of providing professional services to include the development of promotional examinations, conduction and facilitation of the testing process and the development and administration of selection procedures for each rank in Police Services in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures. This request is to add administration services for make-up testing sessions for the ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain for those employees who were away on military leave.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Industrial/Organizational Solutions, Inc. dba IOS, 1520 Kensington Road, Suite 110, Oak Brook, IL 60523
Amount Not To Exceed: $14,765.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
