PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 4, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.  On October 22, 2019, the BOC approved the first renewal option for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.  This request is to exercise the second and final renewal option.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through December 31, 2021 with:

Amount Not To Exceed:  $200,000.00
