PURPOSE:
To record the appointment of Heidi Pollyea to the Animal Service Advisory Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
Direct the Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners to reflect the re-appointment made by individual Commissioners to various boards and authorities. Heidi Pollyea has indicated her interest to serve in her capacity as a District 4 appointee. The District 4 Commissioner is prepared to appoint Heidi Pollyea to fill the term, to this position with a term ending on December 31, 2020, unless such term ends sooner as provided by law.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record this re-appointment of Heidi Pollyea as a member of Animal Services Advisory Board appointed by the District 4 Commissioner, with a term to begin upon Heidi Pollyea being certified/qualified to serve for a term ending on December 31, 2020, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
