PURPOSE:
To transfer $150,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 accounts 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 and 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to Kittredge Park Development account for a new restroom.
NEED/IMPACT:
The $150,000 will be used to purchase and install a restroom at Kittredge Park. The unit will include a programmable electronic lock, a water fountain, a bottle filler and a dog bowl. It will be located near the sidewalk leading to the playground. This will be the first stand-alone unit at Kittredge Park.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget. Project funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 2
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $150,000.00 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 and 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to Kittredge Park Development account for a new restroom; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
