PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 9, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $7,000,000.00. On March 10, 2020, the BOC exercised the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On April 4, 2021, the BOC exercised the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $6,800,000.00. On April 12, 2022, the BOC exercised the 3rd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $8,800,000.00. This contract consists of the provision and management of two projects: Option A - upgrade and replacement of existing water meters and Option C - new water meter installations.
This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2024 and funds in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. $1,000,000.00 is allocated to Option A and $2,000,000.00 is allocated to Option C.
