PURPOSE:
To Allocate an Amount Not to Exceed $10,000.00 to DeKalb Pro Bono from the District 3 Reserved for Appropriation
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb Pro Bono is a nonprofit organization that provides free legal assistance to low-income residents of DeKalb County, GA. The organization represents individuals who cannot afford an attorney and has assisted more than 12,000 clients with civil legal matters, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to access to justice.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amounts indicated below:

Recommended Action
To approve the allocation of $10,000.00 from the District 3 Reserve for Appropriation and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or her designee to execute all necessary documents.
