PURPOSE:
Awarded on May 9, 2025 for an not to exceed $72,209.58. This contract consists of pressure washing services for playgrounds, pavilions, pool decks, and signs at County Parks & Recreation Facilities. This request seeks to exercise the 1st renewal option through May 31, 2027. This will allow the County to maintain clean, safe, and well-kept park facilities by addressing expanded service needs across multiple park locations.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
