PURPOSE:
Consists of providing a cloud-based platform designed to streamline recreation operations, improve staff efficiency, and deliver a seamless resident experience across all services. The solution replaces fragmented workflows with an intuitive, unified system that supports program management, facility reservations, transactions, and reporting, while maintaining flexibility to integrate with specialized systems where needed. This request is to implement and transition to the new service platform to replace the existing system.
