CO - Change Order No. 4 for Contract Nos.: 1231540, 1231542, 1231546, 1231550 and 1231552 Engineering and Design Services for Public Works Transportation & Infrastructure (Multiyear Contract): for use by Public Works-Transportation (PW-T). These contracts consist of providing engineering services to initiate design of selected public works infrastructure improvement projects for the County. This request seeks approval to increase contract funds and term through December 31, 2026. Awarded to: AtkinsRealis USA, Inc., Vanasse Hangen Brustlin (VHB), Inc.; Arcadis U.S. Inc.; Atlas Technical Consultants and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. Total Amount Not To Exceed: $1,945,897.16.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on December 8, 2020, to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $3,500,000.00. On July 11, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contracts to allow new work assignments to continue to be made and completed during the contract term for a total amount not to exceed $1,527,622.20. On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to allow for the transfer of funds between the contracts based on the needs of the County. On February 11, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase contract funds to Contract Nos.:1231542, 1231546 and 1231552 and to extend all contract terms through December 31, 2025. This will allow for new work assignments to be requested under the Contracts and obtain subsequent approval for the new work.
