PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on January 26, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a contract term increase through December 31, 2022 and funds for an amount not to exceed $550,000.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for a contract term increase through December 31, 2023 and funds for an amount not to exceed $500,00.00. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for a contract term increase through December 31, 2024 and funds for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On January 14, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for ratification of a previously provided forty-five (45) day contract term increase effective January 1, 2025 and for a contract term increase through December 31, 2025 and funds for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. This contract consists of purchasing off the City of Brookhaven's contract for the management of false alarms through proprietary software in accordance with County Ordinance.
