PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $3,223,197.45. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $26,174.72 for the lowering of two (2) sanitary sewer laterals that were in conflict with the proposed drain system and increasing the contract term. On November 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term for an additional six (6) months due to utility relocation delays. On March 8, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term for an additional six (6) months and funding in an amount not to exceed $194,499.40. This was to cover increases in asphalt stone market prices as well as the increased overhead, traffic control maintenance, and erosion control caused by the continued delays in utility relocation.
