PURPOSE:
On April 10, 2026, Purchase Order No. 5070734 was processed for emergency right-of-way mowing & maintenance services at one hundred thirteen (113) locations throughout the County. Mowing and maintenance of County right-of way properties is essential to control excessive growth of grass and weeds and ensure clear and accessible pathways for all constituents. Overgrown vegetation can conceal dangerous objects or animal infestations, creating potential risks to public safety. This request seeks to ratify a previously issued purchase order made as a stop/gap between a terminated contract and a new solicitation award.
