PURPOSE:
To consider approving an extension to the contract time provision of the DeKalb County contract #200235 with the City of Tucker in the amount of $50,000 for the commission of an ADA Transportation Plan.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Contract with the City of Tucker was awarded in September 2025; however, due to various delays, the contract time provision must be extended to December 31, 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve an extension to the contract time provision of the DeKalb County contract #200235 with the City of Tucker in the amount of $50,000 for the commission of an ADA Transportation Plan; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
