PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 10, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $130,377.05. On September 10, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $130,000.00. On June 24, 2025, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $130,000.00. This contract consists of providing traffic paint for various road maintenance and stripping projects, in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The lack of spend is due to the paint truck being inoperable, preventing the purchase and use of traffic paint until repairs are completed or a replacement is secured. This request seeks to increase contract term and funds through October 31, 2027. A price increase has not been requested. This will allow the vendor to provide traffic paint materials for various road maintenance and striping projects at current pricing.
