PURPOSE:
Allow adjacent property Developer to construct a detention pond and allow fill slope easement to be constructed on DeKalb County property.
NEED/IMPACT:
Requested by Developer in construction of adjoining Housing Development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All costs will be absorbed by the property Developer.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Approve the granting of an easement to allow adjacent property owner/developer to construct a detention pond and allow fill slope easement to be constructed on DeKalb County property. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any necessary documents in a form acceptable to the County Attorney.
