PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on August 23, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On September 26, 2023, the BOC approved the first renewal option for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. On June 11, 2024, the BOC approved the second renewal option for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. This contract consists of supplying commercial containers for the roll-off and commercial services throughout the County. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to increase the contract's term through February 28, 2026, and funds for continued services of acquiring new commercial containers for the replacement of existing old/salvaged containers.
