PURPOSE:
This contract consists of piggybacking of the competitively let Statewide Contract No. 99999-SPD-T20120501-0006 for the purchase of software, hardware and professional implementation services required to fully install, configure and manage the system for our environment. The total annual amount to lease the equipment is $242,464.00. Lease includes full license, support, maintenance, and services to support the environment. Department of Innovations and Technology (IT) recommends utilizing the lease of the system for a period of five years.

ProSys Information Systems, 6575 The Corners Parkway, Suite 120, Norcross, GA 30092
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,212,320.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents
