PURPOSE:
To approve the appropriation of $30,000.00 of Federal America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds reserved for District 4 to Rehab and Beyond Foundation to help their efforts in meeting the needs of individual they serve with essential needs as defined by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
NEED/IMPACT:
Rehab and Beyond Foundation has a need for financial support to help individuals they serve impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
