PURPOSE:
The Solicitor-General's Office currently operates from multiple leased office locations within 160 Clairemont Avenue. As staffing levels have increased and operational demands continue to grow, additional office space has become necessary to adequately support employees and maintain efficient operations.
With the anticipated availability of the District Attorney's third-floor office space, the County has an opportunity to repurpose existing leased space rather than seek additional leased office capacity. This approach allows the County to fully utilize office space already under lease while avoiding unnecessary duplication of occupancy costs.?
NEED/IMPACT:
??Approval of this proposal will provide several operational and financial benefits to DeKalb County Solicitor's Office including:
