PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on January 25, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $20,000.00. On May 23, 2023, the BOC exercised the 1st renewal option in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00. This contract consists of repair parts for all types of vehicles and equipment. Various Auto Plus distribution centers and stores owned by IEH Auto Parts Holding LLC were acquired by TPH Holdings, LLC. This request seeks consent to assign the contract with IEH Auto Parts, LLC, and its remaining contract funds and term, to TPH Holdings, LLC dba The Parts House. LLC dba Ed Castro Landscape. There will be no additional change in contract terms or conditions.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 Consent to Assignment of contract with:
TPH Holdings, LLC dba The Parts House, 10321 Fortune Parkway, Bldg. 400, Jacksonville, FL 32256
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the consent to assignment and all associated documents.
