PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 9, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $1,521,891.00. On June 10, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 extending the contract term through June 30, 2026. This contract consists of the buildout of Courtroom 2 at the Juvenile Justice Center. This request seeks to increase the contract funds and term through December 31, 2026 to allow for project completion.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Diversified Construction of Georgia, 2104 Vista Dale Court, Tucker, GA 30084
Amount Not To Exceed: $75,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
