PURPOSE:

For use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM).  Consists of providing three (3) years of technical support, software upgrades and staff training (as needed) for continued use of the LIMS software that enables DWM’s Fats, Oil & Grease and Backflow Programs to monitor and analyze the flow of pipelines and grease trap modules. This software has been in use since 2001. This software is proprietary and LabWorks, LLC is the only source to provide the support services.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the sole source for an amount not to exceed $120,000.00 with:

 

LabWorks, LLC, 45 East 200 North, Alpine, UT 84004

Amount Not To Exceed:  $120,000.00
