PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $596,993.76. On April 23, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $1,862,648.62 to appropriate SPLOST funding and to expand the scope of work to include modernization, major repairs, and replacement of elevators and associated equipment. On May 14, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $396,019.28 to fund emergency repairs and to complete the past due 5-year and annual testing of elevators and associated equipment. On April 28, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $42,209.50 for the maintenance of three (3) elevators at the 178 Sams Street location and to add wireless phone service for all County elevators.
