PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 8, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $390,000.00. On July 12, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $12,000.00 to add the hosting component of the content management system. This contract consists of website design, development, implementation and follow-through on post implementation. This request is for additional funding for hosting support services and upgrade of the Drupal platform which is the backbone of the new County website. The major version upgrades will ensure that important features such as accessibility, ease of use and cybersecurity continue to be integral components of the website.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract amount with:
Diversified Technologies, LLC, 100 Peachtree Street, NW, Suite 1910, Atlanta, GA 30303
Amount Not To Exceed: $37,300.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
