PURPOSE:
Consists of providing sewer replacement, pipe bursting, sewer lining, point repairs, manhole interior coating or lining, manhole height adjustment, manhole frame and cover adjustment or replacement, connection sealing and manhole replacement under the County’s $1.345 billion Capital Improvement Plan. Two (2) proposals were received.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer with the lowest cost*:
Brown and Caldwell, Inc., 990 Hammond Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328
Amount Not To Exceed: $28,247,305.50
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
