PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on November 19, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $658,423.32. On January 12, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $774,000.00.  On December 12, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No.2 for an amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00 and to extend the contract to August 31, 2018. This request is to extend the contract on a month to month basis no later than December 31, 2018.     

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:

 

ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation, 3005 Chastain Meadows Parkway, Suite 100, Marietta, GA 30066

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
