CO - Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1252346 Disaster Recovery and Sewage Cleaning Services (Annual Contract with 2 Options to Renew): for use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM) and Facilities Management (FM). This contract consists of providing disaster recovery cleaning services. This request seeks a Consent to Assignment to transfer the existing contract's remaining funds and contract term from Bell Restoration Services, Inc. dba Servpro of Gwinnett County SE & SW dba Servpro of Stone Mountain/Clarkston (Bell) to Wilpro Enterprises, Inc. dba Servpro (Wilpro).

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 8, 2021 to three vendors for a total amount not to exceed $800,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC exercised the 1st renewal to two vendors in a total amount not to exceed $800,000.00. This contract consists of providing disaster recovery cleaning services of water and sewage and supplementary services for repair to systems affected by spills from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing.
On July 22, 2022, Bell sold all property, inventory, and contract rights to Wilpro. Wilpro will conduct business as Wilpro Enterprises, Inc. dba Servpro. This request seeks a Consent to Assignment to transfer the existing contract's remaining funds and contract term from Bell to Wilpro.
There will be no additional change in contract terms or conditions.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Wilpro Enterprises, Inc. dba Servpro, 10 East Gordon Road, Newnan, GA 30263
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
